Urgent! I need my basin asap!
While there is often not too much we can do about lead times, we can help with the colour selection process if you are in a rush.
If you don't have time to order samples, wait for them to arrive and then decide on a colour before ordering, you can go ahead and order your basins online, leaving us a note telling us colour is still to be confirmed, and letting us know which colour samples you would like sent to you (up to four samples).
We will then put your basins into the production queue and send out your samples asap free of charge. You can decide on colour while your basins are waiting for their turn to be cast. So essentially, your basin lead time will begin when you place your order, not when you decide on your colour.
To do this follow this process:
- Add the basins you require to you cart.
- Click on your cart and then click on "Add Order Note" (see below)
- Type in order note box basin colour is to be confirmed and let us know which colour samples to send (choose up to four, see example below).
Complete the checkout process. We will send out your samples free of charge, schedule your basins and email you to confirm your basin ship date and to let you know when we will need to know your colour choice.
